The shorts in this third Three Stooges collection have been remastered, and are presented in their original aspect ratio of 1.33:1 full screen. Certainly not perfect, but considering their age, these shorts look pretty good. There is some grain and noise to be had, but otherwise these shorts look somewhat pristine: the prints used are surprisingly clean, the black-and-white cinematography stands out enough and the overall image quality is sharp.

The English Mono tracks for the shorts are also in pretty good shape. Some slight hissing can be heard in the background on some shorts some of the time, but it's really not that distracting. Otherwise, all the "nyuck nyuck nyuck"s and sound effects sound clear and come in just fine. Simple and straightfoward - nothing more, and nothing less.

English closed captions via your television are available.

Nothing.

The ridiculous antics of "The Three Stooges" still hold up today, and this collection packs 23 shorts starring the famous trio from 1940 to 1942. While I wish there was a retrospective featurette of some kind, the shorts themselves are in pretty good shape. A must own for fans.
