All 10 episodes of the fourth season of "Mind Of Mencia" are presented in 1.33:1 full screen. Not much to say: the filmed sketch bits look pretty solid, if soft at times, with decent detail and color saturation. The live-action introductions from Mencia himself are often sharper, with good fleshtones and bold-if-basic color saturation. Noise and edge halos in the live Mencia bits and sketches do linger, though. Nothing outstanding, but watchable.

The episodes feature English Stereo tracks, which are nothing outstanding but decent for this type of show. The laugh track is always audible, and the dialogue is always easy to hear in Mencia's live bits and the filmed sketches. The musical cues come in clearly too, but don't add much in the way of pep. In short, this is all standard for a sketch show.

English closed captions through your TV are also included.

There's a random assortment of extra footage spread across both discs. Every episode has the option to play Deleted Scenes (which are often pretty short). Between The Breaks has Mencia entertaining his live audience with comedic bits, while Mencia Minutes has Mencia riffing on various subjects - such as Tiger Woods and George Carlin - for yup, you guessed it - roughly a minute.

Fans of "Mind Of Mencia" and of Carlos Mencia in general will certainly want to get this fourth season on DVD - especially since it's uncensored, and features extra material from the comic. The presentation of the episodes are decent and nothing more, but the pricing is fair. Mencia fans - enjoy.
